Responsible Gaming
BetGenie is educational paper betting only — not a sportsbook. We encourage informed, limits-based engagement with sports and provide resources if gambling is affecting your life.
Our commitment
BetGenie does not accept real-money wagers. Our paper tracker simulates stakes in units for learning — not cash. We still take problem gambling seriously because many members also wager elsewhere or follow high-variance strategies that can harm finances and relationships.
Play within your means
- Set a budget before you bet anywhere — and treat it as entertainment spend, not income.
- Never chase losses or borrow to gamble.
- Take breaks; avoid betting when upset, tired, or under the influence.
- Use state self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools on licensed sportsbooks where available.
Underage gambling
BetGenie accounts are for adults 18+ only. Do not share your login with minors. If a minor has accessed the Service, contact us immediately.
Confidential help
Free support is available 24/7. Use the helplines below — calls and texts are confidential in most jurisdictions.
