Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when BetGenie may issue refunds for subscription fees. It should be read together with our Billing Terms and Terms & Conditions.

1. General rule
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated below. BetGenie provides immediate access to digital analysis tools; there is no trial refund for partial use of a period.
2. When we may refund
- Duplicate charge — we will refund verified duplicate transactions.
- Unauthorized charge — report promptly; we investigate and refund confirmed fraud.
- Service outage — extended material outage affecting paid features may qualify for a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
- Legal requirement — where consumer law mandates a cooling-off or mandatory refund period.
3. When we do not refund
- Change of mind after subscribing or using premium features.
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal (cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge).
- Dissatisfaction with analytical outputs, picks, or model performance — educational tools carry no performance guarantee.
- Account suspension or termination for Terms or Acceptable Use violations.
4. How to request a refund
Contact support within 14 days of the charge with:
- Account username and billing email
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the request
We respond within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Accounts with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently closed.
6. Promotional & referral credits
Referral bonuses, trial extensions, and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
