Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California and similar U.S. state privacy laws. BetGenie does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising partners may receive limited data that could be considered “sharing” under certain laws.

Your opt-out rights
California residents (and residents of other states with comparable laws) may request that we:
- Not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information to providing the Service.
- Access, delete, or correct personal information we hold.
How to submit a request
Email us via Contact with subject Privacy Request and include:
- Your account email or username
- State of residence
- Whether you are opting out, requesting access, or requesting deletion
We verify identity before fulfilling requests. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with written permission.
What we do not do
- We do not sell email lists to third-party marketers.
- We do not share payment card numbers (we do not store them).
- We do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
